Overnight street parking is prohibited.
Trash Pickup Day: Thursdays (trash cans must be retrieved from the curb before the next day)
Annual Meeting: December (signs will be posted at entrances with specifics)
Annual HOA Dues: Invoices sent out each February, payment due within 30 days
Required Roof Shingle Color When Re-Roofing: GAF Timberline Weathered Wood or similar
